Each wedding is like a fairytale, so full of love and emotion. And as a wedding photographer, I enjoy capturing all the memorable moments between the couple that tell their story and show the unique bond they share. Rhian and Gary’s Lazaat Hotel wedding is one I will never forget. There was so much love between them that you could see it radiating out of their joyful faces. The best part was how Gary couldn’t stop smiling throughout the day, his excitement written all over his face and eyes filled with pride. It was simply mesmerising to see the couple celebrating their love surrounded by all those who witnessed their union.
Rhian And Gary’s Lazaat Hotel Wedding
I started the day taking pictures of the bride and groom getting ready with their wedding parties. Both Rhian and Gary wore smiles that showed immense joy and excitement for their big day ahead. Gary looked dashing in his wedding suit and seemed to be having little moments of fun with his best man Paul. Rhian’s beauty was undeniable and she positively glowed when she showed off her gorgeous wedding dress to everyone in the getting-ready room. I also loved capturing the beautiful bouquet of pink and white flowers – such a charming assortment.
It was a stunning day as Rhian and Gary said ‘I do’ at one of the loveliest venues, the Lazaat Hotel in Cottingham. I especially loved capturing all those little memorable moments throughout their ceremony. One of my absolute favourites was Rhian’s facial expression seeing Gary for the first time as she walked down the aisle – it showed a priceless mix of love and joy. The couple holding hands tenderly throughout their ceremony was a lovely moment showing their undeniable connection. Not to mention the groom admiring his bride was so adorable.
Photographing Rhian and Gary for their beautiful couples portraits was a delight. The venue was the perfect canvas for stunning shots. The couple was so natural throughout and their wide smiles and romantic gazes made my job easy. Adding to the fun, the wedding party was clearly thrilled too with lots of laughter and fun between everyone present, all of which made capturing the group shots just as incredible. The confetti burst was another highlight of their stunning celebration.
The reception was another highlight of the day. It was a lovely round of toasts with friends and family that had everyone bursting into laughter and even got the bride and her maid of honour Hayley on their feet dancing. The energy of the evening was amazing – from their romantic first dance to the classic cake-cutting, they glowed every step of the way. It was such a delight to capture their love and celebration.
