From booking a venue to tasting multiple cakes and finding the PERFECT dress – every step counts. And that’s why I love documenting every detail that my couples put so much thought into. Becky and Matt’s wedding at the Dunedin Country House in Patrington, East Yorkshire was absolutely beautiful. The lovely couple radiated love the entire day and they couldn’t have chosen a more perfect location for their wedding.
Becky And Matt’s Dunedin Country House Wedding
Becky and Matt chose to get married at the charming Dunedin Country House surrounded by family and friends. The Dunedin Country House was the perfect setting – from the Georgian and Victorian architecture of the house to the splendor of the lawns, gardens, and terraces – for Becky and Matt’s wedding day. The property offered numerous picturesque spots ideal for taking romantic wedding photos of the newlyweds.
No wedding is complete without the getting-ready photos – these are the behind-the-scenes pictures of a couple’s big day and count for so many priceless emotional and unforgettable moments! Becky and Matt’s getting-ready moments were no expectation. As Becky got dressed, she had a heartwarming one-on-one moment with Matt’s daughter Isabelle, who was also the flower girl for the wedding. This touching exchange spoke louder than words.
Becky posed with her girls for a super cute bridal party portrait with her maid of honour, Kim, and her bridesmaids by her side. The girls were beaming with happiness and were such a delight to work with. Meanwhile, on the other side, Matt and his best man, Niall, along with the other groomsmen looked dashing in their suits as they headed outdoors for some boy time!
Becky and Matt’s wedding ceremony was simple and heartfelt. Becky wore an elegant dress and looked like a vision in white. She held a bouquet of fresh flowers in her hands and had the widest smile as she walked down the aisle to marry the love of her life. With everyone listening to Becky and Matt’s emotional wedding vows, the couple said I do and shared a sweet kiss. Everyone was elated to be there for the couple and their smiling faces said it all.
We made our way to the lovely outdoors and stopped at some amazing spots for a few couples portraits. One of my favourite pictures was when Becky and Matt took a stroll along a gravel-covered path with lush green bushes on either side while talking about how everything worked out so perfectly. It was such an adorable ‘just married moment’! From the vows and speeches to the first dance and cake cutting, Becky and Matt’s wedding was filled with sentimental moments and I felt so happy to have captured these memories for them.
